Chantal Strand is a Canadian actress and voice artist, born on October 15, 1987 in Vancouver, Canada. She began her career as a child actor with roles on television series such as The Commish and The Outer Limits. Later, she transitioned to become a successful voice actress, lending her talents to numerous series including X-Men: Evolution, Dragon Tales and My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
Prior to entering the entertainment industry, Strand showcased her singing abilities by performing in the Chamber Choir at Seycove Secondary School in North Vancouver. Notably, she received a nomination for Best Supporting Performance in a Feature Length Drama at the Leo Awards in 2002.
