Chantal Lauby, born on March 23, 1948 in France, is a renowned movie actress, screenwriter, and comedian. She has gained wide recognition for her roles in films such as Serial (Bad) Weddings and The Gilded Cage. Additionally, she is a founding member of the comedy group Les Nuls alongside Alain Chabat.
Prior to her success in film and comedy, Lauby began her career as a television announcer in Auvergne before making her debut in the film Ils sont grands, ces petits.
