Cathy Godbold was an Australian TV actress, best known for her roles as Deborah Hale Regnery on The Saddle Club and as Meg Bowman in Home and Away. She was born on September 23, 1974 in Australia. Before fame, she was a dancer and singer who earned a scholarship to the Victorian College of the Arts.
She tragically passed away in May 2018 due to complications from a brain tumor. She was buried alongside her mother, television and radio personality Rosemary Margan, at Springvale Botanical Cemetery.
In addition to her TV work, Godbold had one feature film credit in the swimming drama Alex (1992).
