Casey Weston is a pop singer and songwriter who gained recognition after finishing in the top 8 contestants on the first season of the NBC reality singing competition show The Voice. Born on December 4, 1992, in Naples, Florida, she began teaching herself to play the guitar at age 15 and went on to win the Colgate Country Showdown in Florida in April 2009.
During her time on The Voice, Weston was part of coach Adam Levine’s team and finished in his top 2. Her rendition of “Black Horse and the Cherry Tree” from The Voice debuted at #90 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 2011. In addition to her success on television, she released her third album, Young Heart, exclusively on iTunes in 2015.
Weston was born and raised in the Naples area of Florida.
