About Carol Huynh
Carol Huynh is a Canadian wrestler who was born on November 16, 1980, in Hazelton, Canada. She gained recognition as a gold medalist at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and also achieved success at the 2010 Commonwealth Games and the 2007 and 2011 Pan American Games.
In her early career, she earned bronze and silver medals at the 2000 and 2001 World Championships. Huynh pursued her education at Simon Fraser University and the University of Calgary.
She hails from British Columbia, Canada, with Chinese-Vietnamese heritage. Growing up with two sisters who were also involved in wrestling, she later married fellow wrestler-turned-social worker Dan Biggs in 2005.
