Caity Babs (born March 13, 1991) is a Canadian journalist known for her work as a music host at SiriusXM on the rock channels Octane and Turbo. She has also conducted interviews with musicians and artists for outlets such as andPOP, Alternative Press, and Loudwire.
Prior to gaining recognition in the industry, she moved to Toronto at the age of 20 for an internship at MTV and secured a hosting position with andPOP.
Babs auditioned for Canada’s Much Music VJ competition at the age of 18, reaching the Top 6 contenders. Originally from Victoria, British Columbia, she has family comprising an older sister and a younger brother. In 2018, she married Hayden Tree, bassist of Crown the Empire.
