BadGyal Cassie, born on March 30, 1111 in the Central African Republic, is a renowned choreographer and dancer best known for her influential work in Afro dance. She gained recognition as the founder of the dance group Beafrika and has built a substantial following with over 850,000 supporters on her badgyalcassiee account.
Prior to achieving fame, BadGyal Cassie commenced her dance journey at the age of four and later pursued training in hip-hop dance at Juste Debout School. Notably, she shared her expertise by teaching dance at Atelier 13 Sevigne, an esteemed studio in Paris. Furthermore, she made an appearance in a Nike campaign that celebrated diversity within the realm of women in dance.
As part of her family’s deep-rooted culture of dance, BadGyal Cassie’s passion for movement was cultivated from an early age. Immigrating to France at eight years old further fueled her dedication to honing her craft.
