About Aya Matsuura
Aya Matsuura is a Japanese pop singer, born on June 25, 1986. She is best known for her membership in Japan’s Hello! Project and has released successful studio albums like First Kiss (2002), T.W.O. (2003), and X3 (2004) which all achieved Top 10 status. Some of her popular singles include “Momoiro Kataomoi,” “Yeah! Meccha Holiday,” and “The Bigaku.”.
Matsuura joined the Hello! Project at the age of fourteen and quickly rose to fame through various music projects, including the pop duo GAM. In addition to her singing career, she hosted a radio program called Matsuura Aya No All Night Nippon.
In 2001, Matsuura began dating fellow J-pop singer Keita Tachibana before marrying him in 2013. The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter, in late 2014.
