About Annette Moreno
Annette Moreno is a Spanish-language Christian singer born on April 26, 1972 in San Diego, California. She gained recognition for her debut album Volar Libre released in 1995 and was also a member of the Christian rock band Rojo from 2000 to 2002.
Moreno showed an interest in music at an early age and began her music education at twelve. She was also a violinist and vocalist for her parents’ Mariachi group, Los Salmos.
In 2002, she won an ARPA Award for her solo album Un Angel Llora. Her father, Eliezer Moreno, was a pastor. Both of her parents were Mexican immigrants. In 2009, she married Donnie Serrano who was the drummer of her band at the time and they have four sons together: Gianni, Alexio, Nikko and Patrizio.
