Angelica Jones, born on January 20, 1983 in the Philippines, is a TV actress known for her roles in popular Philippine television series such as Magandang Tanghali Bayan and Basta’t Kasama Kita. In addition to her acting career, she has also ventured into politics as a member of the United Nationalist Alliance Party and began serving on the Laguna Provincial Board in 2010.
Prior to gaining fame as an actress, Angelica appeared on the GMA Network children’s talent showcase program That’s Entertainment from ages nine through thirteen. She also portrayed the character Venus in Joyce Bernal‘s film Mr. Suave released in 2003.
Angelica was raised in San Pablo City, Laguna and comes from a Roman Catholic background.
