Andrea Jaeger, born on June 4, 1965 in Illinois, is a former World No. 2 women’s tennis player whose career was cut short by injuries at the age of 19. Before rising to prominence in the tennis world, Jaeger won an impressive 13 junior titles by the time she finished high school. In a notable moment in her career, she achieved her best performance at Wimbledon in 1983 when she defeated Billie Jean King with a score of 6-1, 6-1 in the semi-finals.
