Anastasia Baranova is a Russian-born TV actress, best known for her roles in the Discovery Kids Channel/NBC series Scout’s Safari and the Syfy series Z Nation. She was born on April 23, 1989, in Moscow, Russia.
Baranova began her career as a child model in Moscow before moving to the United States at the age of nine. She later studied at Chapman University in California.
In addition to her work on Scout’s Safari and Z Nation, Baranova has appeared in episodes of popular television shows such as Joan of Arcadia, Veronica Mars, 7th Heaven, and Malcolm in the Middle.
She relocated from Moscow to Minnesota with her mother Ata in 1998.
