Amy Updike (born September 5, 1985) is an American bodybuilder and IFBB bikini pro. She has been represented by NLA for Her, Team Heugly, Her Day Footwear, and Isolator Fitness, and sponsored by Iron Fist Athletic.
Updike began her fitness journey at the age of 27 in September 2012, realizing she was in the worst shape of her life with a one-year-old child. She competed in the 2013 IFBB North American Championships for Open Bikini A where she placed second.
She resides in Colorado with her husband Kyle Pace and their two children.
