Amanda Wyss is an American actress born on November 24, 1960, in Manhattan Beach, California. She is best known for her role as the first victim of Freddy Krueger in A Nightmare on Elm Street. Additionally, she gained recognition for her appearances in Fast Times at Ridgemont High and Better Off Dead.
Before rising to fame, Wyss made her film debut as “girl in the bathroom” in the 1980 movie Prom Night. She also had recurring roles on TV shows such as St. Elsewhere and Cagney & Lacey.
