About Amanda Tromp
Amanda Tromp, born on June 30th, 1993 in Washington, is a photographer best known for her work with her husky Kyro as “Goldilocks and the Wolf.” They gained recognition for documenting their hikes through the Pacific Northwest and using their platform to raise awareness about domestic violence.
Prior to gaining fame as a photographer, Tromp rescued Kyro as a puppy. He later helped her escape from an abusive relationship that she found difficult to leave behind.
Tromp’s compelling photography and empowering narrative have attracted over 270,000 followers on Instagram and continue to grow. She currently resides in Washington.
