Alyssia Sheikh (born July 20, 1989) is a YouTube star and the founder of Mind Over Munch. She was born in Durham, North Carolina and later attended the University of Florida where she obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design. After setting a personal goal to eat clean for 100 days, she began sharing recipes, fitness tips, and general advice for a healthy lifestyle on YouTube.
Sheikh is also a group fitness instructor and personal trainer with more than 1 million subscribers on her YouTube channel. Prior to her online success, she worked as a freelance graphic designer for Blue Door Publishing.
