Alina Rudya, born on April 24, 1985 in Kiev, Ukraine, is a photographer known for her solo exhibition “Prypyat mon Amour” at the Kanya Gallery project in Berlin. With over 80,000 followers on her rrrudya Instagram account, she has gained recognition for her captivating work.
Rudya’s connection to the Chernobyl disaster dates back to when she was just one year old; she was evacuated from the area following the nuclear attack in April 1986. This experience has influenced and informed much of her photography.
