About Alice Smith
Alice Smith is an American jazz singer-songwriter, born on November 30th, 1978. She gained recognition in 2006 with her debut album “For Lovers, Dreamers & Me,” and her music has been featured on popular television shows such as Entourage and The L Word. In 2013, she released the follow-up album “She.” Prior to her musical career taking off, Alice Smith studied history at Fordham University and performed with Moomtez and Black Rock Coalition.
In 2007, Smith was nominated for a Grammy award in the Best Urban/Alternative Album category for her debut release. Additionally, she shares a daughter with songwriter Clarence Greenwood (Citizen Cope).
