Ali Novak is a young adult author known for her novel “My Life with the Walter Boys” and released her second novel, “The Heartbreakers,” in August of 2015. She was born on May 27, 1991, in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Novak began writing “My Life with the Walter Boys” when she was 15 years old and initially uploaded it to Wattpad where it gained popularity with more than 150 million views.
She attended the University of Wisconsin to study creative writing while growing up in Brookfield alongside her siblings: sister Peyton and brother Jackie. Ali later married her high school boyfriend, Jared.
