Alexis Cohen was a reality TV star known for her appearances on the singing competition American Idol. She was born in Brooklyn, New York on October 17, 1983. Before gaining fame, she studied at Montgomery Community College.
Cohen rose to popularity as a contestant on American Idol and earned the nickname “Glitter Girl” from the show’s viewers. Tragically, she was killed by a drunk driver in July 2009.
She is survived by her mother, Mindy Dallow.
