Alexia Meyer is a dancer born on May 12, 1995 in Orem, Utah. She gained recognition as a contestant on So You Think You Can Dance Season 12, where she reached the top 16. Meyer began her dancing career at the age of three when her mother enrolled her in a toddler dance class. Her passion for dance grew and by the age of eight, she knew she wanted to pursue it professionally.
In 2012, Meyer was honored with the New York City Dance Alliance’s Female Senior Outstanding Dancer award. Raised in the Mormon faith, she credits her religious background for supporting her success in dancing.
