Alexandra Wilson is a meteorologist known for her work with The Weather Channel. Born on November 10, 1983, in the United States, she has built an impressive career in weather forecasting.
Prior to joining The Weather Channel in 2013, Wilson worked at FOX Carolina in Greenville, South Carolina and WOWK-TV and WVNS-TV in Huntington, West Virginia. She holds the Certified Broadcast Meteorologist designation from the American Meteorological Society.
Wilson’s academic background includes graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in broadcast journalism and marketing from Syracuse University in 2006. She also graduated with distinction from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in meteorology in 2007.
