Tina Parker, born on May 29, 1969 in the United States, is a television actress known for her role as secretary Francesca Liddy in the popular series Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. She has also appeared in notable films such as To the Stars (2019), Minari (2020) and Land of Gold (2022. In addition to her screen work, she lent her voice to the podcast series Welcome to Night Vale.

Parker began her acting career with a role in the 2000 film Dr. T & the Women alongside Richard Gere. Throughout her career, she has made over 50 appearances in various films and TV series including Walker, Texas Ranger, Lone Star, Dallas and Longmire. Notably, she was featured in The Year Without a Santa Claus television movie in 2006 and voiced a character in an episode of Breaking Bad: Original Minisodes in 2010.
