Suzanne Weyn Feet

Suzanne Weyn, born on July 7, 1955 in New York City, is a prominent young adult author known for her contributions to the fantasy and science fiction genres. She gained widespread recognition with her 2004 novel The Bar Code Tattoo and has produced several popular series including Makeover, Sitting Pretty, and No Way Ballet.

Weyn pursued higher education at Nassau Community College where she obtained an associate’s degree before earning her bachelor’s from Binghamton University. Her literary career began with editing duties at various young adult magazines and later employment at Scholastic, Inc.

In addition to her well-received novels, Weyn has published other works such as Return to Cybertron and The Revenge of the Decepticons in 1984. She was born into a family consisting of artist Jacqueline Weyn and pharmacist Theodore Weyn. Her marital union with William Gonzalez resulted in two daughters named Diana and Rae.
