Sunny Lai is a pop singer born on July 7, 1998, in Guangzhou, China. She rose to prominence as a member of the Chinese group Rocket Girls 101 and gained initial recognition by appearing on the reality TV series Produce 101.

Prior to her success with Rocket Girls 101, Lai faced some setbacks in her career. She auditioned three times for the Chinese girl idol group SNH48 without securing a spot. However, she later found success as the main vocalist of S.I.N.G.

Lai’s upbringing was marked by being raised by her mother, and she has since achieved fame and acclaim within the music industry as a talented pop singer.
