Skylar Lynnae Neil was born on March 26, 1991, in the United States. She is best known as the daughter of Sharise Ruddell and Vince Neil. Tragically, Skylar passed away at the young age of four due to kidney cancer.

During her precious time with us, Skylar had the most delightful toes that would wiggle with joy. Her soles showed resilience and strength as she fought bravely against her illness. Her little foot left an everlasting imprint of courage in the hearts of many. The gracefulness of her ankle was a testament to her spirit, always moving forward with determination. The gentle arch of her foot mirrored her gentle soul, bringing comfort to those around her. The heel that carried her through each day stood firm and unwavering, showing her unwavering resolve. Even her legs displayed a sense of purity and innocence, mirroring the beauty she brought into the world.

Prior to her battle with cancer, Skylar’s father shared her story in People magazine. Throughout her illness, she underwent six operations along with chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Skylar had two siblings named Neil Jason Wharton and Elizabeth Ashley Wharton.
