Sarah White is an American soul singer, born on February 7, 1981 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She gained prominence as a member of the Minnesota-based hip-hop group Traditional Methods in the early 2000s. Since then, she has showcased her eclectic musical tastes through bands like Black Blondie and Shiro Dame. White’s talent has led her to perform with high-profile artists such as Mos Def and King Britt. Her solo career includes acclaimed albums like Laughing at Ghosts. In addition to her musical success, she won Scion’s Best Electronic Vocalist Competition in 2009. Aside from music, White is a mother with children.
