Reshmi Bennett, born on December 4th, 1984 in England, is a renowned chef and the head chef of Anges de Sucre. She has garnered popularity through her creative confectionery creations, which she showcases on Instagram. Prior to her career as a chef, Bennett earned a degree in economics and statistics from University College London in 2006. Following graduation, she worked as an analyst for Bank of America and Alegro Capital for several years.

In 2017, Bennett made her television debut on the documentary series “Royal Recipes.” Her family has played a significant role in shaping her love for food, with many members being avid food enthusiasts. Additionally, her husband Patrick serves as Anges de Sucre’s general manager.
