Pat McGrath, born on June 11, 1970, in Northampton, England, is a renowned British makeup artist known for her precision and versatility. She has gained a reputation as one of the world’s best makeup artists.

McGrath has served as the global creative design director for Procter and Gamble and has had her work featured in top fashion publications such as W, Vogue, and Harper’s Bazaar.

Before gaining fame, McGrath received formal training through an art foundation course at a Northampton college. Her career took off in the early 90s when she began working with i-D magazine editor Edward Enninful.

An interesting fact about McGrath is that she often creates much of her makeup by hand and prefers to work primarily with her hands rather than using brushes.
