Noor Talbi is a Moroccan Instagram Star who gained prominence as the first well-known transgender belly dancer in Morocco. Born on October 30, 1978, in Morocco, she has faced challenges regarding her gender identity and has been denied appearances on Moroccan state television. Despite this, she has amassed over 460,000 followers on Instagram.

Prior to her rise to fame as a belly dancer, Noor Talbi was a national champion in the 440 meter hurdles during her teenage years prior to transitioning. Additionally, she is also an actress and has featured in films such as Momo Mambo and A Minute of Sun Less.

She grew up in the slums of Casablanca and her father worked as a civil servant.
