Morgan Macgregor is a Canadian-born book reviewer and editor. She gained public recognition as the wife of actor Michael C. Hall, with whom she began dating in 2012 before marrying at City Hall in New York in February 2016.

Before her marriage to Hall, Macgregor worked as an associate editor at the Los Angeles Review of Books. Together with her husband, she made their red carpet debut at the 2012 Emmy Awards and later purchased a $4.3 million home in New York’s Upper West Side in 2017.

In terms of family life, Macgregor is married to actor Michael C. Hall who was previously married to actresses Amy Spanger and Jennifer Carpenter.
