Michelle Rothschild-Patterson, also known as Sister Patterson, is a reality television personality best known for her roles on VH1’s I Love New York and Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn alongside her daughter Tiffany Pollard. She was born on November 17, 1951 in Syracuse, New York.

Prior to her rise to fame, she grew up in a religious household with her father serving as a pastor. Her involvement in the entertainment industry led to appearances via phone call on Celebrity Big Brother 17 UK while her daughter competed.

Rothschild-Patterson has one younger brother named Stephen and was previously romantically involved with Alex Pollard, with whom she shares a daughter.
