McKenzie Flinchum, born on July 25, 1991 in Florida, is a well-known weightlifter and dietitian. She gained recognition as The Flexible Dietitian through her popular blog of the same name and also as a sponsored CrossFit athlete. McKenzie graduated from the University of North Florida in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree and pursued athletic careers in gymnastics and karate prior to her current success.
