Mathilde Lacombe is a French entrepreneur born on October 17, 1987. She is known for her work as a beauty journalist and as the founder of the French beauty subscription company JolieBox, which was later acquired by Birchbox.

Prior to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Lacombe began her career as a beauty blogger and reporter for Elle magazine. She co-founded JolieBox with four friends before its acquisition.

In addition to her business ventures, she also contributes to the blog La Vie en Blonde and maintains a self-titled beauty YouTube channel. Lacombe is a mother of three children.
