Maggie Kirkpatrick, born on January 29, 1941 in Wales, is a Welsh television actress best known for her role as prison officer Joan Ferguson on the Australian series “Prisoner.” She has also appeared on television in shows such as “Water Rats” and “Home and Away.”

Prior to her acting career, Kirkpatrick made her professional debut at just 19 years old with the John Alden Shakespeare Company.

Her diverse acting credits include roles in works such as “The Night,” “The Prowler,” “Billy’s Holiday,” and “All Saints.”

Kirkpatrick married Norman Kirkpatrick in 1963 and has a child named Catlin.
