Luana Patten is an American actress known for her memorable roles in classic films such as Fun and Fancy Free (1947), Melody Time (1948), and Johnny Tremain (1957).

Born on July 6, 1938 in Long Beach, California, Patten began her career as a model at the age of three before being discovered by Disney. She made her film debut in the 1946 musical Song of the South and later appeared in its sequel So Dear to my Heart.

Patten also portrayed Cynthia Perkins in an episode of Perry Mason titled The Case of the Scarlet Scandal. Despite her successful career.
