Leilani Dowding is an English model who gained recognition after representing her country at the 1998 Miss Universe pageant. She later worked as a Page Three Girl and made appearances on shows such as Big Breakfast and This Morning.

Prior to her modeling career, Leilani studied economics at Royal Holloway, University of London but decided to drop out in order to fully pursue modeling. She gained reality fame on the series Tough Love Miami.

In terms of personal life, she was once married to restauranteur Richard Palmer; however, the couple later divorced. Leilani also has a sister named Melanie.
