Joey Meng, born on October 2, 1970 in South Korea, is a well-known TV actress. She gained fame for her role as Ma Siuling in the TV trilogy My Date with a Vampire, where she portrayed a vampire slayer who falls in love with one of her intended targets.

Prior to her acting career, Meng was the runner up for the 1989 Miss Asia title. Soon after, she was offered a contract with Hong Kong television station ATV.

In 2012, she signed with TVB and appeared on Inbound Troubles. Her performance garnered attention as it became one of the biggest shows of the year.

Meng married screenwriter Chan Sap Sam in 2000.
