Perrie Edwards is a pop singer born on July 10, 1993, in South Shields, England. She gained fame as a vocalist for the hit girl group Little Mix alongside Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall. Before her rise to fame, she performed at school singing shows but never considered herself a great singer.
An interesting fact about Perrie is that she helped Little Mix become the first all-girl band to win The X Factor singing competition with their cover of “You Oughta Know” by Alanis Morissette.
