Noah Cyrus, born on January 8th, 2000 in Nashville, Tennessee, is a pop singer and actress. She is the younger sister of Miley Cyrus and gained early acting experience by playing Gracie Herbert on the TV series Doc and appearing on Hannah Montana from 2006 to 2010. Noah also provided the voice for the main character in Hayao Miyazaki’s animated film Ponyo.
As a singer, she made her debut with “Make Me (Cry)” featuring Labrinth in 2016. Before gaining fame as an actress and singer, she was involved in equestrian activities and began acting at a very young age.
In addition to her entertainment career, Noah recorded the Ponyo Theme Song with Frankie Jonas in 2009. In 2021, she received a Grammy Award nomination for Best New Artist.
