Monica Aldama (born February 9, 1972) is an American cheerleading coach best known for her appearance in the popular 2020 Netflix series Cheer, and as the coach of Navarro College’s successful cheerleading squad. With 14 NCA Collegiate National Cheer Champion titles to her name, she has been involved in cheerleading since high school.
Aldama has gained over 800,000 followers on Instagram and has won multiple national and world championships as a coach. Beyond cheerleading, she shares lifestyle, fitness-related content on her social media platforms. In addition to her coaching accolades, Aldama appeared on season 29 of Dancing with the Stars.
