Elizabeth Blau Feet

Elizabeth Blau (born August 31, 1967) is an American entrepreneur known for founding the restaurant development company Blau + Associates. She gained further recognition through her appearances as an investor on CNBC’s Restaurant Startup and as a judge on The Food Network’s Iron Chef America.

Prior to her career in entrepreneurship, Blau graduated from the Cornell School of Hotel Management. Among her accomplishments, she opened the Las Vegas restaurant Society Cafe at Encore, which was named one of Esquire Magazine’s Best New Restaurants of 2009.

Blau is married to renowned chef Kim Canteenwalla and they are also business partners. They have a son named Cole.
