Dana Monsees, born on April 20, 1990 in the United States, is a prominent food, nutrition and health influencer best known for her popular blog Real Food with Dana. As a Nutritionist and Food Freedom/Body Image Coach, she assists women in repairing their relationships with food. Prior to gaining fame, she resided in Chevy Chase, Maryland and was involved in competitive swimming for 16 years. Additionally, Dana has worked as a swim coach. She is also the host of the Real Talk With Dana nutrition podcast which has produced over 50 episodes. Moreover, she shares her life with her Springer Spaniel pet named Bella on Instagram.
