Hannah Jeter (born May 5, 1990) is a fashion model from Saint Thomas, Virgin Islands. She gained prominence as the face of Ralph Lauren’s fragrance Ralph Rocks and for gracing the cover of the 2015 Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue.
Before her modeling career took off, she was an accomplished tennis player and represented the Caribbean national team at a young age. Hannah has expressed interest in jewelry design and hopes to establish her own line. Additionally, she hosted Project Runway: Junior in 2015.
Originally born Hannah Davis, she grew up in the Virgin Islands before becoming romantically involved with former MLB star Derek Jeter. The couple tied the knot in 2016 and have two daughters named Bella and Story.
